**Description:** Come be part of our Engineering team as the **_Kitchen Mechanic_** at the **Hyatt Regency DFW** located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio. **What are you responsible for?** This position is responsible for diagnosing Commercial Food Service Equipment, Fryers, Grills, Ovens, beverage equipment, refrigeration equipment and ice machines in a safe efficient and timely manner. They will also oversee the maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. Individual must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems. **Qualifications:** **How do you know if this job is for you?** + 1yr of Commercial Food Service Equipment Maintenance + You must have a minimum of 2 years Mechanic experience + You have preferably worked in a hotel setting + You must have electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC Knowledge + Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device.
