Ensure that all Kids Club activities are organized, monitored and carried out in a responsible manner in accordance with Kempinski standards.
Key Responsibilities\nEnsure a safe environment for all children attending the kids club.\nSupervise team of Kids Club attendants.\nSupervise and plan all activities offered through the Kids Club in coordination with related department.\nEnsure children attending the Kids Club have been registered by a parent or guardian.\nMaintain stock items required for kids activities such as paints, crayons, papers etc.\nConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.\nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum of three years experience in teaching, managing and organizing kids, and have the relevant documents, certificates.\nGood adaptability and flexibility.\nIdentify with the standards of the Kempinski Group, be approachable, show friendliness and care.\nCustomer service oriented, providing professional and attractive service.\nFluent in Chinese and English.\n
