OOH Key Account Supervisor

岗位职责:
1. OOH Key Account Relationship and Account Management
Build and maintain strategic relationship with identified key customers
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in each account to ensure smooth execution of all activities across all outlets.
Meet with key stakeholders in line with the contact strategy
Develop a Joint Business Plan and investment strategy with top customers base on company goal and budget
Manage issues and opportunities as they arise
2. Sales Execution
Work out playbook for each channel for sales team “know-how”
Execution of the sales plan at Head Office, Regional Office and Outlet level ensuring compliance with agreements.
Develop with the SOP team tracking reports
Visit individual stores personally to ensure compliance and gain feedback on promotions activities
Explore sales opportunities and drive consumption through efficient/innovative management
3. Develop and build capability in OOH
Define capability and skill profile for OOH, work with CB team to identify skill/capability gaps for CD team
Talents development plan for OOH
Provide leadership and strategic direction to HQ channel leads team.
4. Regularly report sales performance, analyze sales performance, propose improvement measures, and timely carry out customer development and management services related work
岗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum of 3-5 years sales management experience
3. Experience in out of home channels in FMCG industry
4. Some brand marketing experience an advantage
5. High ability of communication and expression, spirit of entrepreneurship and team work
6. Strong analytical skill and sound Excel and PPT skill
