Responsible to manage a portfolio of key accounts and delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs, including maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and sales lead generation.Overall responsible on the key performance indicator (KPI), growth achievement, product portfolio, channel expansion, execution of the sales plans and promotional activity with distributors and partners.Providing accurate sales data and forecasts in timely manner to the demand planning and ensure good customer service and sales support is delivered at premium level.Analyzing and developing together with distributors and partners on the existing and future needs, joint strategies and proposed solutions in solving their customer’s issues.Building and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders and be part of cross functional teams and working together in delivering solutions to meet distributors and their customer’s requirements.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you!
Possess at least Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, or its equivalent.Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in related industry and account management experience is required.SAP and CRM work experience is an advantage.Good business communication skills with proficient technical knowledge and convincing business presentation.A self-starter, flexible, number and details oriented and result driven with passion for selling.People leadership skills which involving in developing talents, drive passion and showing personality and energy that boost the positive vibe in the team.Department Overview: Mobility Aftermarket - The Mobility Aftermarket department at Bosch Malaysia is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for the automotive aftermarket industry.
