\n\nAs theKey Account Pricing Agent you will take leadership in conducting Customer pricing analysis for country requests regarding special rates, create Non-Standard Rate Cards (Custom RATEs) for special rates in the new Global Rating Engine (GRE). Support the collection and/or review of existing or proposed customer rate cards in countries. In addition, you will support onboarding countries onto the new rating system in the tariff cleansing of the customers.
\n
Tasks:
1. Conduct Customer pricing analysis for country requests regarding special rates
• Assess customer analysis requests from country pricing teams and ensure input information and strategy is complete
\n• Extract data for existing customer business in place and prepare respective customer pricing analysis report
\n• Simulate and analyze entire customer business with existing and potential volumes using up-to-date pricing tools and systems
\n• Generate accurate Customer Pricing Reports for responding to countries’ requests (including, but not limited, the GRE Pricing comments/ recommendations, overall opportunity snap-shot, detailed analysis by product, lane and weight breaks, etc.)
\n• Ensure documentation of customer price analysis and reports according to standards
\n• Maintain record keeping of statistics to support KAP process measurement including tracking of number of requests by country, turn-around-time (TAT), requests outside of agreed Standard Service Level Agreement, etc.
\n• Initiate and run continuous improvement initiatives/projects and workshops
\n2. Create Non-Standard Rate Cards (Custom RATEs) for special rates in GRE
\n• Create rate cards from scratch as needed and/or RATEs in GRE system based on country pricing teams input
\n• Where required, interpret overall country requests for price levels and translate these into specific target prices in Custom RATEs whilst ensuring that guidelines on minimum price levels, discounting, and GPP are followed
\n• Ensure RATEs are fully GRE compliant
\n• Included in this is the creation of RATEs for Global Customers from the Global Customers Implementation (GCI) team
\n• Deactivate outdated customized RATEs
\n• Maintain non-standard fuel surcharge for Global Customers
\n• Get involved in GRE deployment to support creation of customized RATEs during the rating freeze period
\n• Support GRE countries for escalation of systems issues
\n• General Price Increase for countries on the new Global Rating Engine.
\n• Execute Annual General Pricing Increase for GRE countries
\n• Execute Off-cycle General Pricing Increase for GRE countries

3.. Maintain work balance among Key Account Pricing Team
\n\n
• Analyze reports and perform quality data cleansing in accordance with policies
\n• Participate in business meetings
\n• Ensure good understanding of all relevant systems and processes to become Subject Matter Expert. Countries will rely on your expertise
\n• Support testing activities as appropriate
\n• Review and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicators
Skills & Qualifications:
\n\nOutstanding analytical skills with strong business perspective\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing people without having direct reporting lines\nMedium to advanced company industry knowledge\nAbility to work independently and results oriented; ability to manage to deadlines and under pressure, as well as make decisions on pricing proposals\nPreferred candidates would have previous experience in Pricing, Costing and or Finance.
Strong PC skills, particularly the capability to analyze large volumes of data in MS-Excel and/or MS-Access\nMedium level for presentations and negotiation skills\nOpenness to work in an international environment/ multicultural environment.\n4 Yr. Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar business-related area\n\n\n\n
