Job DescriptionMarket Research and Development(for potential retrofit industry, customers, projects, etc.); Business Strategy Definition(for risk prevent, pricing, growth target,etc.); Contract Negotiation(Price, Warranty, Confidentiality, Integrity Mutual Agreements, etc.); Technical Support(Product liability, sample recommendation, validation plan, product release, etc.);Project and Product Management(Joint Development collaboration, Product development & life cycle management, etc.); Cusomer Relationship Management(improve CSL in daily issues includes order delivery, business relationship building, etc.); Cross Function Coordination(Co-work with MKT(BU), ENG, QMC, supply chain and so on. Global sales team collaborations, internal alignment for global pricing, business model strategy. QualificationsEducation: 985/211 education with bachelor degree or aboveWorking Experience: digitalization or electrification background is must;Knowledge and skills in sales, marketing, or engineeringChinese and English is mandatoryCan accept travel frequency at 30%~50% of working hour
