About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) for Mission Critical Networks to join our Customer Unit Iberia team. Reporting directly to the Head of Mission Critical Networks in EMEA, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, while establishing market leadership across the key verticals of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense in the Customer Unit Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow our business and build strong customer relations.Generate profitability sales and develop long term business in the area of Mission Critical Networks.Together with the EMEA MCN Business Development expert team identify and secure short-mid-long term business opportunities for profitable growth.Create and improve customer relationships.Apply Go-to-Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies.Lead with integrity the KAM team to delight Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best in class solutions.Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios.Market Leadership: Identify and leverage market opportunities to establish and strengthen our leadership position within the targeted verticals.Strategic Sales Management: Drive orders booked, net sales, profitability, and cash flow, including effective management of working capital.Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of existing and potential customers' businesses, operations, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their needs.Sales Coordination: Lead and orchestrate sales engagements across the Iberia geography, ensuring a unified and coordinated approach with the EMEA MCN Business Development expert team.Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in key account management within the ICT industry, with a focus on Mission Critical Networks.Strong understanding of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense sectors and their unique communication needs.Exceptional ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.Expertise in consultative selling and commercial acumen.Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving profitability targets.Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively across diverse geographies and cultural contexts.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.Fluent in English and Spanish A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline. At least 10 years of successful and proven experience selling within the vertical sector such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense
