About this opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic KAM controller to drive strategic financial performance and planning of our business with major customers in CU WSA. In this role, you will oversee business performance, cost optimization, cash flow management, and profitability analysis while ensuring adherence to governance & compliance framework with financial regulations and risk management standards. You will act as a key business partner, collaborating with stakeholders while providing actionable insights to support fact based decision-making and execute speedily.

 

What you will do:

Drive governance and adherence to Finance Framework in the CU.Responsible for financial risk management in the CU.Engage in creating a “One Finance” mindset across the supporting Finance teams.Act as Finance Single Point of Contact (SPoC) to key stakeholders in the CU and during AuditsResponsible for advising sales team in Presales for financial topics including cash flow, contract terms etc.Lead working capital management cycle including cash collection and customer management with Finance stakeholders including Treasury & trade finance activities.Responsible for coordinating financing solutions together with Treasury, trade finance & customer financing teams. Engage with KA team to drive business decisions, with the aim to increase performance, reach target and strategy fulfilment.Provide business partnering advice that drives Value CreationSecure correct accounting and financial reporting in the operational, consolidated dimension, in cooperation with Financial Control.  Lead and actively advise stakeholders in developing a culture of Ethics & Compliance.Lead cross functional collaboration within Finance to ensure Treasury, Tax, legal & statutory impacts are inclusive in business decision making process.
 

 

The skills you bring:

Education: University degree in Finance.Minimum of 10 years’ experience from relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role.Challenger mindset.Solid Business understanding.Excellent communication skills, be a change agent and influencer.IFRS practical knowledgeGood inter personnel relationship building skills
