British American Tobacco Austria has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Supply Chain Executive (m/w/d) in Vienna, available for a 1-year fixed-term position. 

The Junior Supply Chain Executive delivers accurate monthly forecast of shipments and ensures on time and in full delivery of products to the customer. Additionally, the job holder is the single point of contact for the customer from order placement until delivery. The jobholder reviews production planning as well as wrapping material stock and proposes actions to minimize write offs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Deliver accurate monthly forecast of shipmentsPlace the order received from the customer within the system and ensures shipment schedule in order to avoid OOSAct as trouble shooter whenever issues with production and/or logistics occurReview wholesaler stock and monitors production planningRegularly check wrapping material and finished goods stock and propose actions to minimize write-offs in case there are risksEnsure timely delivery of all volume related reportingEnsure alignment of processes and systems to the Regional/Global requirements, at the same time supporting local business goals.Additionally, you will have an opportunity to participate in Supply development initiatives, Austria & Switzerland cluster process standardization
