Job Responsibilities

Understands the technical design provided by the Technical Lead. Works on Agile or Waterfall-based development models. Develops functional requirements according to design and coding standards. Conducts peer code reviews to ensure early detection of defects and maintain code quality. Writes unit test cases and performs unit testing on the code. Supports the testing phases, including System Testing, SIT, UAT, and Non-Regression Testing, ensuring quick turnaround for defect fixes.
