Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.
Job DescriptionManufacturing Operation VM- ATC [Line 1, 2, 3, CV]
1. Responsible for overview Safety, Cost, Quality, Delivery performance in shop floor to be achievement target VM-ATC business unit
2. Leading improvement for achievement KPI' s Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and driven Quality management to achievement target 0-km complaint, IDC (Internal Defect Costs), Capacity, DIO (Digital Input Output), RPP (Rationalization of Products and manufacturing Processes) activities projects cost reduciton, tooling cost, MOC (Machine Operating Costs)
3. Responsible for BPS (Bosch Production System) activities e.g., System CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) 4 cycle per year focus topic improvement align business plan and fulfill my-Measures, VS-PDCA in system and BPS-M2 assessment level 2+
4. Define lean manufacturing concept and eliminate loss all element in shop floor
5. Assignment from Superior level
QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Master’s degree
Special Skills: Production and process improvement knowledge
Language Proficiency Level: Good English skill
