Job DescriptionAssist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.Support project managers in tracking progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes.Communicate with stakeholders and team members to facilitate project updates and status reports.Help identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.Maintain project documentation, including timelines, action items, and reports.Use project the available management tools such as Jira, or Microsoft Project.Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.

QualificationsEnglish C1Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
