This is an entry level position for the NA Pulp Applications team. This person will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time. They will initially be trained in foam cell testing and will be play a key roll in defoamer evaluations with regard to customer needs, defoamer formulation changes, or technological advancements. Additionally, they will be trained in data mining of SalesForce.com and Tableau to become the data expert for the pulp market vertical. They will also be involved in account management audits and safety audits. Additionally, they will be expected to assist with trial coverage and other duties as assigned. Much of their work will focus defined projects where they will be given guidelines and timelines and be expected to work independently to deliver on the objectives. This person will also be expected to develop a personal development plan to begin learning the pulping, bleaching, recaust, and recovery processes along with the specialty chemical product line so that they can begin to develop the skills necessary to take on actual customer projects and trouble shooting roles.
