The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Journeyman Titus Systems Administrator supporting the enterprise operations at USSTRATCOM. This position requires a thorough understanding of system administration, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska.
The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Systems Administrator, Journeyman:
Manage and maintain Titus Classification System, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Possesses and applies expertise in installing operating system software, patches, and upgrades, including to cloud resources
Provides support and tech expertise in systems technology, including virtual hardware and cloud capabilities
Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves system hardware, software, and networking issues
Monitors response times, evaluating user satisfaction levels and making recommendations for system improvements
Interfaces with vendors/Government/tech staff on system implementation, optimization, and ongoing management
Guides/performs build, configuration, test, and documentation tasks related to enterprise system resources
Supports Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) and other system outages as needed
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others
Qualifications:
Required:
Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
BA/BS + 3 YRS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Titus systems or similar enterprise applications
Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 451 - Basic; A+ or CND or Network+; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
AND
Additional Cert: N/A
Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments
Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

The proposed salary range for this position is:
