The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Journeyman OpenText Content Manager Systems Administrator to support enterprise operations at USSTRATCOM by managing and optimizing the OpenText Content Management System. This role involves ensuring the system's reliability, security, and performance while facilitating content management processes across the organization.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Systems Administrator (OpenText Content Manager), Journeyman:
Configures, installs, and maintains OpenText Content Server and related modules
Implements custom SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to enhance Content Server functionality
Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, optimizes SQL database queries for efficiency, and maintains database health
Provides technical support and user training to ensure efficient utilization of OpenText Content Server
Ensures data security and compliance with regulatory requirements, including records management
Implements and manages robust backup and restore procedures to safeguard critical data
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others
Qualifications:
Required:
Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration, specifically with OpenText Content Manager or similar content management systems
Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 451 - Basic; A+ or CND or Network+; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training

Additional Cert: N/A
Proficient in database management, content management solutions, and familiarity with scripting languages for automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
