The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract. **Responsibilities:** Change Management Lead, Journeyman: + Aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals and business strategies to support change management + Develops step-by-step implementation and change adoption plans for AI/ML tools + Monitors and assess the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes + Addresses concerns about ethical, security, and data privacy risks associated with AI/ML solutions + Ensures that AI/ML tools are integrated seamlessly into existing workflows, systems, and data pipelines, and that security and infrastructure meet project needs + Conducts regular assessments to evaluate the organization’s readiness to adopt AI/ML technologies + Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments + Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems + Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs + Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives.
