**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking a Journeyman Account Management Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support and account management services to ensure the smooth operation of enterprise systems at USSTRATCOM. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain user accounts with multiple mission partners across enterprises and classification levels.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
**Responsibilities:**
Account Management Specialist, Journeyman:
+ Provides enterprise service support for Software as a Service (SaaS) on-premise and off-premise cloud deployments
+ Performs external cloud hosted service user accounts management activities, including adding new users, changing user settings, deleting stale accounts, user licensing, and other accounts management activities as required
+ Performs user account audits for management activities once per calendar year or as required or directed for all external/cloud service user accounts
+ Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments
+ Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
+ Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
+ Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs
+ Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance and/or training
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
+ High School Diploma
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or account management
+ Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles
+ Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common productivity software
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
+ Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 411 - Basic; A+ or Network+; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training

+ Additional Cert: N/A
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user satisfaction

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$35,776 - $62,000
