Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. In this role, you’ll have the chance to provide financial planning, analysis, and performance measurement for Operations to foster achievement of strategic and day-to-day business objectives thru the generation of reports and insights from financial data while assessing key root causes and action plans for deviations of Actuals vs PLAN/ LBE to support Sr Staff decision making process. **What You’ll Do** + Collaborate on monthly Operational PL and Balance Sheet Consolidation ensuring proper reporting and data accuracy, understanding root causes and Actions plans for deviations of Actuals vs PLAN /LBE while supporting Mfg. Site Controllers on various issues and assessing potential risk and opportunities. + Support the consolidation of the annual standards and Operations P&L Plan and quarterly Rolling LBEs for the Operation. + Lead regional HQ department budget/LBE preparation and monitor performance vs Actuals. + Provide support and guidance to operations finance staff and any other manufacturing operations functions in carrying out their responsibilities and to ensure consistency and accuracy of plant financial records and reports and effectiveness of plant operating systems. + Support NPI Analysis and cost consolidation while approving new launches in ATOM System. + Support Corporate RCE (Request of Capital Expenditure) preparations , consolidation and monitoring. + Support on monthly consolidation and analysis while preparing Key Performance Indicators and Plan adherence. + Validate and control proper DCF/ROI calculation for capital investment based on business case / P&L presented by the capital requestor. + Ad-hoc Projects and analysis required by LATAM Ops & Supply Chain Controller **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance/accounting + CPA and/or CMA is strongly encouraged. + Advanced communication skills (fluent Spanish/English) and able to address all organizational levels. + +3 Years of total Accounting / Finance experience including +1 years of cost accounting. + Experience in developing financial models and future planning according to operating needs and growth strategies.
