We are seeking a Java Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Core Java, and React.js. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of full-stack applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and web applications.

Guide and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

Core Java and Spring Boot (must-have)

React.js (must-have)

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and design patterns

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
