**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Partner (IT BP) to join our team. The IT BP will act as the primary liaison between the IT department and various business units, including HR, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, E-commerce, R&D, Procurement, and Administration. The IT BP will be responsible for understanding the IT needs of these departments, translating these needs into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful development, deployment, and maintenance of relevant IT systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Act as the main point of contact for IT-related needs and queries from business units such as HR, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, E-commerce, R&D, Procurement, and Administration.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business processes and IT requirements.
2. **Requirement Gathering and Analysis:**
- Conduct thorough business analysis to gather detailed requirements from various departments.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT suppliers and development teams.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly understood and documented.
3. **Project Management:**
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with IT suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of IT solutions.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when necessary.
4. **System Development and Deployment:**
- Collaborate with IT suppliers and internal developers to design, develop, and deploy IT systems.
- Ensure systems are developed according to specifications and meet the business needs.
- Oversee system testing and validation processes to ensure quality and functionality.
5. **System Maintenance and Support:**
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and support of deployed IT systems.
- Address and resolve any issues or bugs that arise post-deployment.
- Continuously monitor system performance and propose enhancements as needed.
6. **Training and Documentation:**
- Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing IT systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
7. **Strategic Planning:**
- Contribute to the development of the IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within the IT landscape.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, IT project management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, E-commerce, R&D, Procurement, and Administration.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with IT development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and other business software solutions is a plus.
