\n\nManage, design and implement IT solutions for projects and/or changes to existing services\nBe the Manhattan WMOS Subject Matter Expert\nBe the Warehouse Control System (WCS) expert for a major automation implementation\nManage incidents in the day-to-day operation\nAct as the SME in requirements gathering & solutions design\nBe the conduit between our external dedicated customer and internal stakeholders and vendors\nManage customer relationships, expectations & communications for the IT component of projects & change\nUtilise project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and are of a high quality\nCentral IT customer point of contact for assigned projects\nYou have the following qualities & qualifications:\nRelevant Tertiary degree (Bachelor level or equivalent)\nEssential 2+ years WMS experience in configuration and/or support\nExperience in delivering IT solutions to external customers\nA minimum of 2 years' experience working in a project environment\nSystem Design with Industry product and/or application knowledge in Logistics and Warehousing\nExcellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills\nDedication to delivery, quality outcomes and team participation\nAbility to work outside of standard business hours\n
