IT Support Specialist

Then we are looking for you! As an **Application Manager** , you will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT systems and infrastructure. You will work on a wide range of tasks, including: + Application Management: Management and support of applications, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support. Such as: SCADA, MES, Darius, Isotrain, Lims + Authorization Management: Management of user rights and access to systems. + Active Directory and Time Synchronization (AD/timesync): Maintenance and management of AD and time synchronization. + Generic Application Support: Support of systems such as Autosys, Acronis, and PRA, providing secure and responsible access to external parties. + System Lifecycle: Management of the entire lifecycle of systems, including decommissioning. + Installations and Authorizations: Performing system installations, mainly overseeing and ensuring they are done correctly. + Quality Control Systems (QC SYSTEMS): Management of audit trails and execution of Computerized System Validations. + Backup and Recovery: Management of backup and recovery processes (Acronis/SQL server). + Incident Management: We closely follow ITIL and adhere to the incident management process. + Network Management: Support for network micro-segmentation and IP requests. + Cybersecurity: Support and appropriate input on cybersecurity topics. + Standards: Ensure that applications meet the specified requirements and standards. **What we ask:** + Experience with system management and IT support. + Knowledge of the mentioned systems and processes. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. + The desire to be part of a team! **How do you apply?** We would like to receive your response if you are interested in this vacancy, and you recognize yourself in the above profile.
