Job Description

As an IT Solution Manager for S/4HANA Public Cloud (aka S/4CLIMB), you will be responsible for managing and evolving business-critical IT solution throughout the full lifecycle management. Working closely with Program management, IT Owner, Product Owners and Business stakeholders, you will ensure the solution delivers long-term value aligned with customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages customer requirements, including gathering input for IT products or services development.Drives the business value of the solution during the whole lifecycle (design&build, deploy, run, improve, scale, retire the IT solution) in alignment with Program Management and IT OwnerOrganizes and ensures stable operations of the IT Solution in collaboration with Operations Manager and Product OwnersProactively consults the Customers of the Solution in optimizing the solution (both on technical and commercial side) and drives standardization.Drives solution roadmap and covers the planning process in close alignment with all contributing units and integrated products and services.Ensures that all stakeholders, especially but not limited to IT Owner, Program Management and Product Owners, are aligned where required.

Qualifications

Required Competencies:

Strong background in Product (Solution) Management, Requirements Engineering, and Stakeholder Relationship Management.Proficient in Portfolio and Demand Management, Governance, and Business Situation Analysis.Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies and Entrepreneurship.Proven collaboration skills, customer-centric mindset, and servant leadership approach.Analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.A completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
