2. ポジション概要 

ポジション名：ITシニアスペシャリスト（正社員） 

勤務地：東京本社（原則出社） 

3. 主な業務内容 

- PC・モバイルのセットアップ、サポート、管理（1,800台のPC・1,300台のモバイル） 

- 年間700台のPC更改対応 

- アプリケーションやM365環境のL1サポート 

- ServiceNowを用いたチケット管理（月間約1,000件中60%を対応） 

- グローバルITとの英語での連携、ユーザーサポートの標準化推進 

- プリンター、サーバー、ITルーム、ネットワークの軽微な管理 

4. 求めるスキル・人物像 

【必須】 

- ITサポート経験（3年以上推奨） 

- Windows/Mac、M365、モバイル機器の運用経験 

- 英語での読み書き・会話 

- ServiceNowやチケット管理システムの使用経験 

【歓迎】 

- ITIL、SCCM、クラウド環境（Azureなど） 

- リーダー経験や業務改善実績

勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（イベント等での時間外対応あり）

勤務場所：東京オフィス（共有スペース、対面中心） 

What You'll Do

The Tokyo IT team currently are supporting approximately 1,450 users across Japan. To strengthen local leadership and stabilize operations, we are proposing to hire an additional full-time IT Manager.

What You'll Bring

- 6+ years IT support experience 

- Hands-on with Windows/Mac, M365, mobile platforms 

- Business English (reading, writing, speaking) 

- Familiar with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools 

Preferred: 

- ITIL certification, SCCM, cloud (e.g., Azure) 

- Experience leading improvements or small teams
