The Opportunity:
CACI has an outstanding opportunity for an IT Service Integrator within the Enterprise Network Solutions (ENS) Organization. You will be providing operational support to ENS as an IT Services Integrator for cabling infrastructure, network, voice, access control and security system modernization requirements. Engineers will also be supporting ongoing short- and long-term modernization projects for the US Government’s IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Plans, evaluates, and coordinates installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data, voice and/or video communication networks.
Support bids and proposals with level of effort and technical bill of materials.
Designs, develops, and tests telecommunications software solutions.
Provides customer training and technical presentations of telecommunications features and functionality.
Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Provides telecommunications support to the facility and other sites, performing work as requested by management.
Works with government and/or subcontractors at customer site for integrations into existing infrastructure.
Examines new services offered by vendors and makes recommendations to management
Works directly with switch vendors to facilitate repair, contracted maintenance and system upgrades.
Seeks out new systems, procedures and software for customer services that will enhance current capabilities.
Maintains smooth operation of local area, worldwide and virtual private networks (VPN).
Performs other duties and assigned tasks as reasonably requested or required by management.
24 x 7 on call support as required.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians
Serve as technical lead on projects
Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies
Work to be performed from CACI’s High Point, NC facility.
Qualifications:
Required:
BS degree in an IT or Telecommunications Field (experience can substitute for degree)
Minimum 5 years of experience in information technologies work and knowledge in one or more of the following technical areas: Networking, cloud, converged networks, voice, video, radio and data.
Must be able to obtain active Public Trust or Secret security clearance
Survey, design, implementation and testing knowledge of multiple integration areas listed below:
Cabling Infrastructure
Network – Wired and Wireless
Security Camera Systems
Voice over Internet Protocol
Access Control Systems
Desired:
Must be able to obtain active Public Trust or Secret security clearance
Specialized industry and manufacturer certifications such as Cisco, Mitel, CompTIA certifications
Knowledge of Video over IP implementation and support

The proposed salary range for this position is:
