Position Overview

Our people make all the difference in our success. This role is an IT Project Management Analyst within the Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) Technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the Portfolio/Budget Management team within PBS.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-paced operational environment. Someone who is flexible with their services and outputs to meet the specific needs of others. Someone who is comfortable flexing into different work types based on existing priorities/demands. This role will act as an independent contributor aligned to support both specific leadership needs while finding ways to help drive efficiency and quality into broader more shared operational processes that span multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze data from multiple sources across various toolsets within the enterprise to design and develop views and extracts making the process repeatableDesigning, developing and deploying visual dashboards or reports that integrate, simplify and streamline data consumption using Excel and TableauUsing SQL to write queries and perform ETL tasks to create datasetsCommunicating findings and coordinating with peers, leaders and business partnersUnderstanding business needs to better inform reporting and analytics duties

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Problem-solving, consulting skills, teamwork, leadership, and creativity skillsAnalytical mind with outstanding ability to collect and analyze data specifically mastery in Excel.Ability to identify and automate processes where applicableStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal/relationship management skillsStrong time and project management skillExperience with Business Intelligence Software (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)

Required Experience & Education: 

1-3 Years of ExperienceCollege degree (Bachelor) in project management, computer science or related fieldMicrosoft Office Suite – specifically mastery in Excel and Power PointTableau

Location & Hours of Work

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriatePrimarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
