About this opportunity:

We are now looking for an IT Technology Specialist Digital Contract Management. We want to introduce a modern Digital Contract Management solution across Ericsson, going from a contracts database to an AI powered solution, supporting negotiation, compliance, benchmarking and in harmonizing agreements. This solution will be a comprehensive enterprise-wide contract management tool that streamlines contract lifecycle management, enhances compliance, reduces risks, and provides strategic insights through advanced analytics

What you will do:

- Align and groom/refine requirements with business stakeholders and IT Product Owner. Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development.
- Safeguard the product design, IT security, integrations & architecture.
- Administer and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Get involved with Product Vendor and Application Operations team to support on critical issue handling when occur.
- Managing various stakeholder like Vendor partners, Business Stakeholders & IT Stakeholders. 
- Identify areas of improvement, work with driving and following up improvement activities across the area.
- Define, align and develop technology and architecture strategy and planning/roadmap for the Product(s) in scope.

The skills you bring:

- Education: B.E/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech.
- 10+ years of experience working in source-to-agreement area, and proven experience in implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Digital contract management tool and similar systems.
-Candidate must have hands on expertise in Contract Management domain and business processes.
-Experience in IT design, processes and very good understanding of IT tools and Infrastructure/Platforms.
-Very good in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT system Integration and automation of SAAS platforms.

Good to have
- Experience in handling Stakeholder like Vendor partners, Business, and IT.
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills. Excellent Teammate.
-Sourcing Process Knowledge Skills (Source to agreement, implement agreement and Purchase to Pay)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
