Reporting to the Director of Finance, the IT Manager supports the achievement of the property and technology Information Resources objectives.

As a member of the property management staff, the position is responsible for all technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance. The IT Systems Manager liaise with vendors, owners, Executive Committee, property Talent and in-house and external guests on a daily basis.

Requirements:

· BS/BA or equivalent work experience.

· 3-5 years’ experience in similar positions.

· Previous experience in IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support desirable.

· System-related professional certifications desired.

· Customer service and interpersonal skills

· English and Italian language knowledge is mandatory
