As an IT intern, you're responsible for providing a support service for across Asia, MENAT, and Pacific. This will support growth through enhancing user productivity, maintaining internal controls, and proactively assessing application requirements to continuously raise the bar on service delivery standards
In this role you will be responsible for:
System Administration and User Support
Support and resolve incidents within the service target agreed with the Business. Ensure all incidents are managed end-to-end to resolution with the appropriate resource, whether vendor or in-house. Conduct second-level support. Work closely with Infrastructure, Business Partners and Vendor to ensure proper deployment of the Business Central / MS Dynamic / NAV environment. Manage day-to-day end user IT support. Support the preparation of KPIs to report on Service Delivery performance.Duration: Depending on your university's requirement

The ideal candidate will possess:
Pursuing degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information TechnologyBasic knowledge in the following is required
Microsoft Office product suites Computer setup, troubleshooting & formatting Good communication & analytical skills Team player who is able to work independentlyBenefits:
