Job DescriptionWorking as team member in our local IT Support teamAdvise and guide IT users in the use of IT products (hardware and software) according to the agreed service processSupport users in the selection/procurement of end devices and software. In doing so, you keep technical and commercial criteria in mind for decision-makingYou analyze and describe problems and requirements together with the customer, select the appropriate solution based on the urgency, scope, importance and position of the customer and can justify this convincinglyTake over the installation and configuration of IT products and resolve problems with hardware and software. In case of complex problems, you independently contact the next support level and involve further expertsWorking in rollout projects (hardware and software) together with your teamQualificationsSuccesfull completion of an apprenticeship as IT specialist, information technician or comparable qualification.Very good knowledge in IT and PC (hardware and software)Very high customer/service orientation and the ability to work in a team incl. good communication skills.Resilient and calm in disruptive situations.
