What you`ll do:

 

As a Data & Analytics Senior Specialist, you will be a vital part of the Usage Data Insights scrum team in the Customer Engagement Solution Analytics (CESA) team.

The Usage Data Insights team provides harmonized functional usage insights across SAP products to enable customer and product success. This is built on an own Usage Metering Infrastructure, which provides the common framework for data acquisition, transport, processing and provisioning of metering data. 

The transformational tasks of the team are an important puzzle piece of the overall transformation of SAP.

 

The Role:

In this role, you will act as an “interface” between our business stakeholders and the technical delivery. Therefore, your daily job covers the following areas:

Working in an agile SCRUM team and collaborating on shared features Perform Stakeholder Management by engaging with various stakeholders in order to understand their analytical needs, but also challenge requirements based on business value and effort document and handover technical requirements to SAP HANA Engineers, in best case you are able to understand and proceed modelling in SAP HANA by yourself Design and implement the User Interface of the dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud in our given our new dashboards Strengthen the agile team with your development, analytical, and business engagement & collaboration skills

 

What you bring:

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science or equivalent Experience working in scrum mode as a Business Analyst or Analytical Engineer in an analytical environment with complex project setups and executive level involvement Experience in UI Design and Analytical dashboard tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred), Power BI or Tableau. Very good analytical skills with the ability for abstract thinking and performance-oriented mindset First experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud is a big plus Very good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Fluent business English skills
