The IT CRM Business Analyst Internship offers students an opportunity for 12 months to be part of IT organization that is cooperating with Commercial, Service, Customer Service and Marketing teams. With a purpose to provide IT solutions for business processes needs. IT CRM Business Analyst Intern will help to solve problems and seek for improvements that will speed up delivery of our (Cytiva) products and improve customer experience.

This position reports to the Sr Manager, IT Business Analysis and is part of the Cytiva IT CRM Global Team. Internship is targeted to be based in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do:

Analyze Business Requirements using Best Practices around Salesforce Applications.

Document business requirements, process diagrams and flows, functional requirements and data mapping.

Work closely with business and technical teams around Case Management, Work Order Management, Quote Management, and Service standard of work.

Support ETL processes for large sets of data in relation to business processes.

Who you are:

Graduated or working towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems of related programs.

Familiar with development cycle for IT systems.

English : Writing and conversation.

Willing to work full-time during summer and min. 20h/week during academic year.

Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel and willingness to learn and work with Salesforce CRM.
