We're looking for a results-driven and strategically minded IT Assistant Manager with over 7 years of experience in leading enterprise IT functions with focus on Information Security Management, Network Infrastructure, Vendor Management and Program Management. There must be a proven ability to design and implement robust security frameworks, maintain high-performance network environment, and drive IT programs from planning to execution – while aligning technology with business goals.
Responsibilities:Responsible for implementation of Global IT Security policiesImplements Global ISM policies for standardized processes and toolsDesigns, configures and maintains enterprise network systems based on DHL IT standards ensuring network availability, security and scalability across multi-site environments.Coordinate with country, regional counterparts and Telecoms vendors to ensures reliable communication infrastructureSupports user experience and operational effectiveness.Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset information, maximizing efficiency and minimizing risksEnsures the right people have the right access to the right thingsOptimizes resources and controls operational costs.Builds strong supplier partnerships for better service delivery.Acts as an admin for procuring IT supplies and equipment.
