IT Account Management Associate

Common accountabilities:

- Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.​

- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.​

- May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.

Specific accountabilities:

Work in collaboration with Account Managers & Sales to provide solutions and ensure the retention and growth of IT revenue of existing accounts.- Identify specific requirements and expectations for existing clients.- Adopt a consultative selling approach- Develop customised account and business plans for each client related on IT opportunities- Identify, qualify, manage and grow new IT business opportunities through market and business environment analyses, knowledge of customer's strategy/plans and knowledge of Amadeus innovations and solutions- Ensure cross selling & up selling targets including new product & solution lines as well as additional services and consulting requirements- Provide appropriate and timely sales support for IT opportunities (RFP, business as usual,...) during sales process.- Guide the Product/Solution teams to define targeted & personalized solution offerings to key customers.- Submit IT proposal and support commercial Account Manager in negotiation & closure- After closure, transfer IT requirements for solutions to be developed to Product/Solution teams.- Follow-up that new products, product enhancements and overall solutions are developed and implemented within the agreed time frame.-Maintain a high level of understanding of the current product portfolio and benefits of specific products for each targeted customer segment. As well as up-to-date knowledge of other areas-relevant information (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.)

Requirements:

Strong IT sales, account management, and consultative selling skills.Market analysis and business planning expertise.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously within established processes.Technical and functional knowledge of IT solutions and services.
