Customer Service Representative serves as a more experienced and knowledgeable point of contact for customers compared to entry-level CSRs. Their overview and overall purpose involve; Advanced Issue Resolution, Mentorship and Training, Process improvement, and Customer Service Management. The purpose of Senior CSRs is to provide exemplary service, support their team members, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and cultivate strong relationship with Customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the ISR (Indirect Sales Reporting) process end-to-end.
Match indirect data (customers/materials/contract data) to Diversey master records.
Support business by uploading indirect sales data into our sales reporting system.
Calculate Ship Through payments for distributors and review existing Ship Through calculations from distributors.
Ensure that we pay only the contracted amount of Ship Through rebate.
Clarify differences and remove unjustified support requirements.
Address reporting inconsistencies related to contracts, working with sales representatives and internal sales teams.
Track the loading and payments in an ISR tracker to provide an overview of payment status and offer reliable information to sales.
Ensure documentation of customer contracts, customer pricing, and Ship Through payments to meet audit requirements.
Handle payment-related communication with sales, finance, distributors, and end customers (if needed) regarding ISR and Ship Through.
Ensure continuous compliance with the harmonized ISR process.
Collaborate closely with other relevant departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Education:
University Graduate
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in the Finance function, Backoffice, or Material Master Data
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of MS Office (good Excel knowledge; Excel Macros or Power Query is a plus) SAP knowledge is advantageous (customer master data, pricing, rebate, AR) Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus
