Join Ericsson’s IPR & Licensing team as an Intellectual Property (IP) Rights Policy Researcher and engage in a dynamic role that bridges technology and policy. This paid internship offers a comprehensive platform to explore the intersections of innovation, technology, and IP rights.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Outreach: Help academics, policy makers and broad audiences understand how IP rights and Ericsson’s contributions drive innovation.Design & Visual ProductionDesign and produce motion graphic assets for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.Edit and assemble visual content with speed and creativity.Make sure that all materials align with Ericsson’s brand guidelines and visual identity system.Create static and dynamic content for internal and external presentations, reports, and promotional materials.Creative Support & Campaign DevelopmentContribute to the ideation and visual development of campaigns and brand initiatives.Design graphics and layouts for events, social media posts, infographics, and more.Skill Development: Participate in a series of workshops designed to enhance both soft and hard skills, including: Effective presentation and debate techniques, Conflict management, Business English communication, Understanding cellular standards, and AI and open-source environments.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro. Additionally, notions of Figma, Canva Plus and PowerPoint are also a plus.Strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and animation.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and deliver consistent results.Outstanding interpersonal abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Capacity to thrive within a diverse, multicultural team.We are looking for highly motivated and creative individuals who are committed team players.Eligibility
