We’re looking for an enthusiastic Invoicing & Credit Collections Support Specialist for a maternity cover role (contract through the end of 2026 with a possibility to extend) in Warsaw.

Your Role
In this role, you'll support our Credit and Collection Team to streamline processes and maintain high service standards. Your day-to-day tasks include:

Ensuring invoices are issued and delivered on time to European customers by managing document uploads to external and customer portals.Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies, create new accounts, and manage customer accounts in SAP, including handling open items.Overseeing the correction process for invoices, including issuing credit memos, debit memos, and cancellations for Sweden, Germany, and Austria.Supervising the Italian and Turkish e-invoicing process.Assisting in the customer onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.Manually maintaining exchange rates for certain countries.Working with the customer service team to find solutions for non-payment issues and resolving VAT discrepancies related to invoices.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you have:

Experience in customer service or handling complaints (highly desirable).Familiarity with SAP and MS Excel (a plus!).An eye for detail with strong analytical skills.Fluent English skills (both verbal and written).A customer-oriented mindset with creativity, initiative, and an open mind.(Bonus) Some experience in the SSC market.
