Responsibilities
Conduct daily cycle counts, perform count adjustments, and maintain accurate inventory records
Assist with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory management, product stocking, labeling, and organizing materials as directed
Perform regular facility maintenance such as sweeping saw dust, plastics, and metal from production areas
Participate in preparation for annual inventory audits, including pre-counting procedures, physical inventory counts, and post-count reconciliation.
Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and procedures during warehouse and production activities
Support production team members with material preparation and workspace organization as needed
Document and report inventory discrepancies and warehouse issues through appropriate channels
Assist in quality control processes by inspecting incoming and outgoing materials for damage or defects
Package and prepare finished products for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications
Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills across multiple warehouse functions
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
You have 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and SAP
