Internship Performance Management in Demand Planning
Compensation: between €800 and €900 (per 4 weeks)

About the role
As an intern in the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, you will support two key projects aimed at improving demand planning performance:
• Enhancing forecasting processes – You will gain insights into advanced forecasting techniques and how they are applied to optimize demand planning. You will collaborate with European markets and lead improvement initiatives as the main point of contact.
• Driving performance management – You will learn how KPIs are used to manage business performance and support the design of a process to improve supply chain efficiency across the European region.
During this internship, you will be exposed to state-of-the-art methods to build a best-in-class demand planning organization. There is a steep learning curve, but also a significant opportunity to gain deep expertise and practical experience with industry-leading processes. Who we are looking for
• Master’s student in Business, Economics, or Engineering with an interest in business challenges.
• General understanding of statistics and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is not required).
• Proactive mindset with leadership potential, as you will be driving change management initiatives.
