We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment process and the opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition.

Job Description

\n\nProvide support in recruitment and administrative activities.\nProvides day-to-day resourcing support that enables DHL to continuously improve the quality of staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future.\nCoordinate and support with the interview scheduling and onboarding process for new hire.\nMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.\nSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.\nCollaborate with team members on various HR projects as needed.\n

Skills & Qualifications

\n\nCurrently pursuing Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.\nGood communication skills in English, both oral and written.\nProficient in MS Office applications and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nHighly responsible and dependable.\nFast learner and problem solver with an enthusiasm to learn.\nAmbitious, passion for people and proactive.\nStrong teamwork skills and ability to work with a diverse team.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nMinimum 6 months full-time commitment.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\n\n
