WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Starting in April, we offer you the opportunity to get to know our Global Talent, Skill & Leadership Development unit for 3 to 6 months and to participate in exciting international topics in the field of personnel development.

What is the best way to develop talents? In our team, you learn about different aspects of talent management and gain insights into HR-specific areas such as recruitment, employee development, and training on a global level.As an intern, you support the People & Culture team in the conceptual development of mentioned topics.Furthermore, you are actively involved in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of all processes related to our global development programs and cultural initiatives, such as assessment centers or leadership development.You already have innovative ideas and want to bring them into practice? Then we define (sub-)projects together with you, where you can take on responsibility.WHAT YOU OFFER
