What You'll Do

The International Campus Recruiting Senior Coordinator, member of the EMESA International Campus Recruiting Team, has the responsibility of maintaining a strong international presence at core Spanish MBA schools: IESE Barcelona, ESADE, IE. They lead the international recruiting, marketing, and relation management efforts for the international campaigns.

Responsibilities include marketing, communications, budget, relationship management (BCG to career services and team to BCG WW offices), planning the time frames and deadlines for recruiting campaigns and activities; content creation, organizing and executing marketing events for recruiting; coordinating the process of communicating with, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates for worldwide BCG offices.


Recruiting - Planning, Logistics, Coordination

Represent BCG, plan and schedule all IESE, ESADE, IE recruiting activities (from marketing events to screening, interviewing, and selling), support on other International campuses.

Coordinate 6 recruiting campaigns per year for BCG's worldwide offices:

IESE Full-time and Internship:
FT: Sep-November
Internship: October-FebruaryESADE Full-time and Internship:
FT: Sep-November
Internship: October-February

IE Full-time and Internship: both year round

Designing and elaborating e-marketing campaigns and promotional material.Create, organize, and execute logistics for all events on campus. Process all applications from candidates and communicate with candidates and BCG offices.Coordinate the first round interviews for summer internships and full-time positions.Create, organize and execute selling activities.Manage follow up with worldwide offices throughout recruiting process.Handle feedback and follow-up process after campaign: prepare and submit feedback questionnaire, collect responses and compile summary.Opportunity spotting, creation of on-brand marketing activities running \"outside\" the recruiting campaigns (e.g., organized in partnership with campus Career Services, student clubs, BCG Ambassadors on Campus …), best practice sharing of activities to network.Drive the BCG brand at all stages of the communication with MBA/campus students: answer requests of students, coach students and offer bespoke BCG guidance. Update the team and relevant BCG offices of important updates and best practices. Manage and develop the relationship with School’s Career Services team, plus other international campus career services team

BCG's Ambassador on Campus - Relationship Management

Organize welcome and debriefing events, updates, and dinner sessions for BCG alumni on campus.Track the status of BCG application files, help BCGers wishing to apply to campuses with applications.Manage relationship with alumni on campus and regularly interact with them to learn about trends unfolding on campus and competitors' activities.Animate the campus alumni community at BCG with regular touchpoints, updates, and events.

Cost Management

Prepare the annual IESE, ESADE, IE budget.Responsible for tracking IESE, ESADE, IE -related costs, controlling invoices, preparing allocation forms.Identify, select and negotiate with outside vendors and providers.

Other Related Activities

Corporate-sponsorship requests, advertising, and general information relating to BCG's relationship with IESE, ESADE, IE and international campuses.Define KPIs and run regular campus analyses, regularly presenting and updating team.

What You'll Bring

2-4+ years of campus recruitment experience, ideally within BCG This position will ideally be based out of Barcelona, so candidates willing to relocate will be preferred Languages:Fluency in English (Proficient at least) compulsory Spanish (Advanced level at least) is a significant plus Advanced level of Italian will be valued (considering the future expansion of the team’s current portfolio)Masters, or any other higher education is a plus, as is knowledge of the MBA Campus Recruiting ecosystem Experience as an HR or talent acquisition professional, making hiring decisions on mid-level management roles, or experience as a head-hunter The ability to deliver Case Mock Interviews (previous Consultant) will be highly valued but not having it will not be seen poorly

 

 

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Ability to manage and build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.Experience building internal network with senior leaders and advising senior stakeholders as subject matter expert.Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities through strong project management and prioritization skills.Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization.Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness.
