Job DescriptionRaise awareness of ICS requirements and share corporate good practices.Conduct training sessions on the ICS framework, methodology, and the IT tool COMFORT.Support the risk assessment process and assist in the design of controls and mitigation plans (MPs).Ensure up-to-date documentation of controls and mitigation actions in the IT tool COMFORT.Consolidate and monitor ICS results for management review meetings.Prepare reports for the organizational entity (OE) as required.Calculate Planned Production Cost (PPC).Report improvement projects on digital platforms.Support the monthly closing process.Coordinate overhead costs (especially within the LOG internal delivery chain).

QualificationsSolid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and internal control frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).Experience in risk assessment, control design, and process analysis.Proficiency in using IT tools for internal control management (experience with the COMFORT tool is a plus).Analytical and structured thinking with strong attention to detail.Ability to consolidate data, monitor results, and prepare management reports.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Experience in operational processes and a basic understanding of financial flows (e.g., invoicing, payments) is preferred.
