You will drive communications activities targeting close to 1,000 colleagues, fostering engagement, and ensuring alignment with our core values.

Responsibilities:Internal Campaigns Implementation: Own the execution of internal campaigns, such as the Site Story Implementation and Office Evolution Improvement, to foster a strong internal community.Content Design: Build compelling content, including Mission Stories and Business Content, that resonates with our audience and reflects our values.Global Messaging Site Cascade: Develop and cascade a global story communications plan, ensuring consistent messaging across the site.Video Production Concept: Develop and lead video production concepts that optimally communicate key messages and improve our internal storytelling.Lead all aspects of implementing and measuring metrics to evaluate the efficiency of communications strategies and initiatives.Site Forums Implementation: Coordinate and implement site forums to ensure cohesive communication and alignment across teams.External Partnership Relations: Support the development and maintenance of external partnership communications that align with our strategic goals.
