What You'll Do

Attracting the best minds to BCG is the goal of our work. Are you hands-on, well organized, and a true people person? Then join our team as a Recruiting and Event Management Intern (all genders) and help us attract outstanding candidates to BCG.

 

You’ll support the Talent Retention Team for a period of six months starting immediately, contributing across a wide range of activities. You’ll be involved in planning, organizing, and executing various recruiting events and activities, helping to ensure smooth processes and an exceptional candidate experience. This includes reviewing and processing applications, updating our applicant tracking system, and communicating with candidates. You’ll also take on smaller projects related to recruiting topics, conduct research, and support in administrative tasks. With a focus on operational excellence and a high work pace, you’ll take full ownership of your area of responsibility.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)

You are currently enrolled in a degree program (ideally in business, communications, media studies, marketing, human resources, or a related field).You have a strong interest in recruiting and event management.You would describe yourself as highly organized and detail -oriented, with excellent coordination skills and a strong service mindset.Ideally, you have gained some initial professional experience in internships or volunteer work.You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.Excellent German and very good English skills complete your profile.

You’ll be part of our Talent Retention Team based in Munich and Düsseldorf. Our team culture is defined by collaboration, mutual respect, and trust. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will support and guide you throughout your internship.
