About this Job

We are now looking for a highly motivated Integration Engineer with a background in IT/Telcom solutions to help with the 5G modernization of the telecom industry. Our solutions allow our customers to unlock new digital services and make their systems smarter, simpler and future-proof. As a Integration Engineer, you will engage in various projects focused on Cloud networks, 5G infrastructure modernization, and system integration. As part of the OSS/BSS team, you will collaborate closely with the Radio and Core Network Teams throughout the organization.

What you will do

Analyze, prepare, implement and execute test cases, verify the configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations and expansions of a node/network/system.Contribute to customer project deliveries, ensuring successful implementation and completion.Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.Support our customers to understand their needs and requirements, building strong relationships and delivering satisfactory solutions.Work closely with local and global support units, promoting effective cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.Implement proactive measures and report the outcomes to prevent potential issues.

What you will bring

Bachelor's degree (IT or Engineering major is preferred)Experience in IT/Telecom domainFluency in English/Mandarin speakingCommunication skills & teamwork spiritPositive demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering quality work

Prefer but not all required:

Linux system administrationShell-scripting / program codingVirtualization/CloudNetworkingDatabase administration
