We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Director of Warehousing Product Development for our Integrated Warehousing Services division. In this role, you will be responsible for sales managing and coordinating sales opportunities to grow our IWS services. Key Responsibilities:
Develop opportunities to increase our warehousing capacity and capabilities in the regionCommunicate warehousing capacity and capabilities to sales teams and other internal stakeholdersManage a sales goal driven pipelineManage multiple Requests For Quotations (RFQ’s) at a timeManage daily inquiries and ad-hoc quote requestsGenerate customer quotations and proposal responses with IWS toolsNegotiate rates with customer and warehousing providerWork with DHL Legal and Risk teams in negotiating contract termsManage call schedules directly or through sales ownersMaintain a prompt email response time and consistent communicationAct as high level escalation/subject matter expert for your accountsEnsure onboarding calls are scheduledEnsure the warehousing provider provides a list of needed actions to the customerEnsure the customer is returning the required information timelyCreate billing template and communicate new account to billing teamWork with warehouse or 3PL manager to onboard the facilitySkills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsContract logistics experience requiredAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time with different deadlinesExcellent customer service skills including an understanding of how to de-escalate situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including 365: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelSolid understanding of Warehousing operations & salesExperience with customer Onboarding and project management
Pay Range $ 93.143 - $ 124,190 + (Based on Experience)
