Bosch Software and Digital Solutions SDS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, with a focus on the North America / Mexico Market. Candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across various industries, Discrete manufacturing, and healthcare.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Experience :

7-9 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the NA / Mexico market.

Mandatory/requires skills:

Strong understanding of technology, Gen AI - AI solutions, Cyber Security, CX Solutions, and ERP (SAP, Microsoft).

Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

Should have experience:

Target Persona Development:

Create and maintain a comprehensive target persona list and accounts list for effective outreach and engagement.

Inside Sales Planning- Yearly, Half yearly and Quarterly:

Develop and execute a quarterly sales plan to target accounts with Bosch SDS’s services and solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Outreach Activities:

Conduct email outreach, LinkedIn connections, and cold calling to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.

Utilize various communication channels to engage prospects and nurture relationships.

Appointment Setting:

Profile the prospected accounts to reach right stakeholders

Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present Bosch SDS’s offerings and solutions.

Event Engagement:

Identify and pursue companies and contacts from industry events to set up one-on-one meetings, fostering relationships and exploring business opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
