Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services. Analyzes utility bills and energy output, allocates office space to departments, purchases equipment, and maintains appearance of building.
Ensure customer satisfaction with leadership team by providing a seamless interface of the client real estate organization and facilities through leadership, responsiveness and creativity that develops and maintains a positive relationship. Recommend capital improvements and prepares operating budget reports. Prepares monthly operating budget & forecasts and completes monthly variance report. Ensures all on site work has an approved client Purchase Order in place before any work begins. Ensures all requisition – PO – invoices are correlated, and payment processes are completed within specified time. Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities. Supervise procurement and maintenance and upgrades of furniture, utilities, security systems and signage for the overall facility. Allocate office space.
RequisitosBachelor degree – Electrical/Electromechanical/Mechanical/Civil Engineer
Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Facilities Engineer
Knowledge in medium and low voltage electricity
Knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge in HVAC units.
Experience working in an electronic environment is a plus.
English spoken and written, 70% as minimum.
Electrical substations operation and maintenance
Fire protection System
Cooling water, humidity, legal compliance.
Project managing.
Knowledge on civil works, construction and ESD flooring
Basic experience on safety procedures and preventive risks for facilities jobs
Basic experience working with external contractors, hiring, and supervising
Keep an adequate maintenance records and reports for facilities equipment
