Information Systems Coordinator

The IT Coordinator will support the hotel, residence, megaplex and water park operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator in the hotel industry and possess strong knowledge of Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and Network Infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support to various departments

Qualifications Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator in a hotel or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs).Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and IT support tools.Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support hotel staff and guests.Flexibility to work on-call and provide support during emergencies.
